Very cozy studio in a quiet neighborhood, close location to all hospitals in town. Miss Pat was very accommodating and easy to reach for all needs. She really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during the recent hurricane. Highly recommend staying here!

Cozy room

This property was very cozy It had everything I needed for the couple months I was there.Ms P was very attentive to my needs when asked she also will give you the privacy & respect as a tenant. The neighborhood is very quiet which I liked.I had access to nearby shopping area food area and the mall area very convenient as well as the commute to work. I felt very comfortable in this beautiful room If you are looking for a cozy spot this is the one for you. This cozy spot will not disappoint.

The Perfect Space

I truly enjoyed my two month stay in this modern, cute and perfect space. The Hostess (P) was accommodating, pleasant and friendly from our first encounter to the day I departed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. This is a huge room with a bathroom, a secure private entrance that was able to accommodate everything I needed for my lengthy stay away from home. The bed was plush and very comfortable. The large bay window brightened the space even on those rainy days. AC and a remote controlled ceiling fan aided in perfect internal and external temperatures. VIP parking in the driveway and I was even able to have Amazon deliveries to the property! Walmart shopping center right across the highway and only a couple of exits from the Augusta Mall and any other shopping you may need. I will definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.
