Five Star Landlords!!!!

Dennis and Nancy Day, the owners are fantastic landlords and very accommodating. They even allowed my youngest Son and his wife to use their guest bedroom upstairs when we had a family gathering for my Dad's funeral service. The apartment is top-notch as well as Dennis and Nancy! Wonderful apartment with wonderful landlords

I signed a short term lease for 3 months however, my contract kept extending. Fortunately, I was able to stay in this lovely apartment. They have wonderful landscaping, high ceilings, nice kitchen, bathrooms. The main bedroom is very large as well as the closet. I was able to walk to work every day. Great place to live. Highly recommend.

West Salem basement

This basement unit was a great space to call home for a few months. Has plenty of natural light during the day, plenty of storage with the walk-in closet. Had some friends stay with me a few nights and they also loved this place. Upon my arrival N provided me a welcome basket and a couple of starter items which were very helpful! The landscape in the backyard is very beautiful and taken care of. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating people.

Traveler Nurse

I am a travel nurse and I was in Salem Hospital working. The Days home is absolutely breathtaking! Definitely stay here! You have all the amenities and privacy for a comfortable stay ! The backyard is so beautiful with all the wildflowers and excellent landscaping. There are two rooms and two bathrooms that are very spacious and comfortable. When we first arrived we were greeted by the Days they even gave us wine and Willamette valley is known for their wine . Thank you so much for opening your beautiful home to us and I hope to be back soon !

My best place yet!

I stayed in this beautiful place while on an 8 week contract at Salem Hospital. The minute I met the owners, D and N, and saw the property, I knew I had to have it! It was peaceful and beautiful, and perfectly upgraded to feel light and airy. Our lease was signed the same day, with easy set up for payment. The process was completely painless! The home is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with an easy 20 minute commute to the hospital. lots of shopping,food, and site seeing close by including some gorgeous wineries. I have rented other apartments before while traveling, but this one, hands down, is the gold standard! It was just myself, but it would be perfectly comfortable for a roommate too. My entire experience there was wonderful! ....Like, seriously, UNICORN wonderful! I hope I get the opportunity to return one day.
