Cozy, Comfortable Stay

We had an excellent experience during our year-long stay in Spokane, WA. The home was comfortable and cozy, making it easy to settle in and truly feel at home. One of the best aspects were our landlords. They were incredibly responsive, kind, and proactive. Anytime something came up, they handled it quickly and provided same-day service if anything was urgent, which made a huge difference. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which added a lot of convenience to daily living. On top of that, the included monthly cleaning service was a major bonus and helped keep everything in great shape without extra effort on our end. Overall, this was a smooth, well-managed rental experience, and we' highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay.

Great Landlords

We stayed here for 3 months over Summer 2025. It was very clean and well kept by the owners, Gary and Jennifer. All of our interactions with them were very pleasant and they are both wonderful people. They were attentive to our communications with them. The only down side I can think of is that my bike was stolen from the back yard even though the back yard has a privacy fence around it. No one could see my bike from the street and the house is not on a through road. That was a bummer. Other than, we enjoyed our time here and our interactions with Gary and Jennifer. They even had central air installed when we complained of the heat over Summer!

The Adventure House

My family stayed at the Remedy during a gap in housing and we loved the Adventure House, as we called it! Enough space for our family of 7 and a wonderful fenced yard where the kids could play. The location is fantastic, close to everything and walking distance to a great park. The hosts were accommodating, generous, and quick to respond. Their personal touch made all the difference! Highly recommended!

The Remedy

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at The Remedy! As a travel nurse for the past two years, Ive stayed in many different places, and without a doubt, this has been the best experience Ive had. Jennifer was incredibly generous, attentive, and responsive from the moment I booked until the day I left. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her personal touches made it truly feel like a home away from home. The space itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I could have needed. Its rare to find a host who genuinely cares so much about their guests' comfort and experience. I felt completely at ease during my stay and would recommend this rental to anyone without hesitation.

All the comfort you need

This nice house located in the beautiful Spokane Valley is an excellent choice to rent short-term or long-term. The house is newly painted and very well-furnished. The hosts are more than accommodating. The basics from towels and beddings to soap and paper towels are thoroughly thought out and provided. I had a very pleasant stay. The neighborhood is safe and conveniently located. You can go out for a run, walk to the grocery store on nice days, and hike on the Iller Creek Trail nearby. It's an easy commute to Spokane where I worked. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and Quiet

This home is clean and amazingly quiet. The neighborhood is very good, near a park and close to shopping and restaurants. Good proximity to the freeway as well. The host is responsive and accommodating. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Clean Lovely Quiet

I have been traveling for a while and this home is in my top 3 of best of bests. The home was very clean. I could move in with minimal to none set up. Owners are attentive to requests. Easy and quiet location. All made it easy to be and feel at home.

Outstanding!!!

I worked as a traveling provider at a hospital in Spokane and needed a place to stay. The home is clean comfortable and relaxing after long days at work. The property owners were an absolute delight to work with. They were quick to accommodate and provide support for any questions I had. I have ZERO concerns and 100% recommend this property if you are ever in the area. The drive to and from the hospital is very straightforward and just a cruise down the interstate to get anywhere very efficiently. Also the neighborhood is clean and safe. This was also important to me as I enjoy taking walks and getting fresh air- I was never concerned about safety in this area. If you need a safe comfortable home away from home this is a great choice!! I enjoyed my time using this property and would not hesitate to use it again when Im in the area :)

Very comfortable home

I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The home was very comfortable and had everything that I needed! Very close to the main highway and made getting to work, at Kootenai Medical Center, a breeze!
