Cosy Historical House in Central Denver

Cozy, convenient, well-stocked, and responsive

I stayed at Simon's place for about 7 months. It's a cozy, conveniently located, well-stocked place with everything you'd need in the kitchen, a bike locker, and convenient electronic keypad entry. Very walkable neighborhood. Very good communication. Definitely recommend.

Great house, ready for long term stay

S was a great landlord and the house was wonderful. Cute, walkable neighborhood with lots of bars and shops within walking distance. Has a great home office that my partner used to work from home with no problems. Bike storage locker. Fully stocked with dishes, toiletries, towels and sheets, etc. S made our stay so easy and was great at communicating maintenance work and updates. Would highly recommend and plan on staying here again if we were to return to Denver.
