Safe and Serene Stay in the Heart of Houston

I stayed here during my clinical year of PA school, and I genuinely couldnt have asked for a better place. The apartment was quiet, cozy, and made me feel instantly at home. The bed was super comfortable, and the space had everything I needed for day-to-day life. Eva and Tuan were so kind and welcoming, and responsive anytime I had a question and just overall really thoughtful hosts. You can tell they truly care about the people staying here. The location also made it easy to get around Houston without feeling too busy or crowded. This space was such a blessing during a busy and stressful year, and I'm so grateful I landed here. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Houston for school or work!

Perfect Year

I could not have found a better place to spend my year in Houston for fellowship. Great, central location in Houston, close to the highways, making the commute to the Memorial Hermann hospitals straightforward. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. You can tell the owners placed a lot of thought and effort into the apartment. They were very responsive for any needs including bringing over a portable A/C unit following the Hurricane Beryl. Thoughtful upgrades were provided as needed throughout the year as well including a non-stick pan and desk chair! The WiFi was lightning fast. Garage parking was easy and convenient. Comfortable bed, strong A/C for the Houston heat. I enjoyed coming home to rest. Thank you Eva and Tuan!

An absolute gem

I can't emphasize enough how lucky I felt to land at this spot for my summer. E was so accommodating and welcoming. I felt completely at home in this space and didn't want to leave at the end of my stay. The apartment is well furnished and equipped with all the necessities. E even added a larger desk for me to work at since I primarily work from home. That kind gesture only begins to hint at the hospitality I received at this home. I always felt very safe in this beautiful neighborhood and it was extremely accessible to the medical center (10-15 minutes away driving AND it's counter-commute). The space is private, but I always loved bumping into Eva and her family to say hello. I highly recommend staying here while you're in Texas. I would happily stay here again and I hope I have the chance to come back and say hello.

perfect for travel RN

This property is great for anybody who needs to be close to the medical center! It is only about a 10 minute drive. It is close to good shopping areas, food, and in a safe neighborhood. The owners were lovely and accommodating always. The place was clean on arrival, and had so much cute decor. It is also pet friendly and they have a nice size backyard for your pets. I always felt safe and the owners made sure our stay was wonderful!! Its double gated as well which provides extra sense of security.
