Very safe and quiet family neighborhood. All my guests have mentioned how safe they feel in this second-floor studio apartment.

This is a carriage house with a studio on the second floor. You have the whole buildling to yourself and there is a driveway right outside the front door. I've had many single guests stay here and feel very safe because the door is on the bottom floor and the living area is upstairs.

Clean, Quiet, and Cozy
This is a fantastic place to stay. It is big and open, very clean, and the house has lots of character. It's location is close to lots of things to do in the south Broad Ripple area. Walking distance to different restaurants and breweries. There are lots of families in the neighborhood. I felt very safe taking walks and sitting outside on the front porch. There is also a gazebo in the back where you can sit and relax, read a book, or host friends. The host is super responsive to questions and made my stay easy. Everything you need to be comfortable is already provided in the house. Highly recommend!
