Beautiful 2 bedroom unit close to hospitals and beach

Great host/landlord, and place that feel like home!

We stayed in Alexs FF rental for about a year, and the best thing about it was how responsive the host was. Alex always responded to us quickly and helped out if we needed anything. The place is cozy and has everything you will need. Its very close to the freeway so it made for an easy commute, but the freeway isnt loud. Its still a very quiet neighborhood, and we loved walking around the neighbor hood. Its close to the beach and close to the grocery store. We loved staying here, and highly recommend!!

Great temporary home!

We relocated from out of the area and were looking for a furnished place until our previous house sold and we could purchase a new one. A's condo was cozy and welcoming, well equipped (in-unit washer & dryer and off-street parking!) and soon became our home, easing our transition into the area. A was concise and timely in his communication with us throughout our stay (via text). The condo is conveniently located near the county government center, shopping, the 101 freeway, and major Ventura thoroughfares. Highly recommended all the way around.
