I stayed in Chip's cozy studio for three months and loved itit was my perfect home away from home. The space is thoughtfully furnished, spotless, and provides great privacy in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood. The surrounding walking trails were a highlight; I enjoyed them almost daily. It's just a 15-minute drive to Manitou Springs and the Manitou Inclineperfect for hikes and exploring. The weather was amazing throughout my stay, and private parking was a big convenience. Chip is responsive and accommodating; everything exceeded expectations. If you want a tranquil base near Colorado Springs outdoors, this is it! I'd return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to travelers. Thanks, Chip, for a fantastic three months!

Everything I Needed

The space was clean, private and comfortable. The area felt safe, and was walking distance to groceries and coffee. A short drive and I was in the beautiful Colorado mountains. Thanks for providing a valuable place to stay!

Quiet, peaceful and comfortable

I enjoyed my stay very much. The apartment was peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. I had covered parking just a few steps from my door and convenient grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Chip was very friendly and quick to respond when I had questions. I felt safe and at home. I will stay again when the opportunity arises.
