My Internship Stay

I rented this room for my summer internship, and it was such a pleasant experience. The property is situated in a prime location with grocery stores, banks, and restaurants nearby. The decorations and other furnishings really made the rooms feel like home. The open space made cleaning easy. My favorite addition to the living space was the dehumidifier. Tiffiny was always accommodating and a pleasure to talk to!

Cozy and spacious rental

I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a place to stay in Charlotte whether it's for business or relocation. Tiffiny was very professional and helpful during my stay. She made sure that everything was in place for me to have a comfortable and convenient stay. This has got to be the highest quality rental that I have stayed at in the Charlotte area. The space is beautiful with all the amenities needed for a smooth stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and Cozy Apartment

I had such a great stay in this room! Its cozy and comfortable, and it stays naturally dark, which made it perfect for restful sleep. The room is well-equipped with a TV, dresser, spacious closet, and both towels and bedding provided. The bathroom is separate but very nice, and having access to it was super convenient. One of my favorite parts was the separate office space, which was perfect for working from home. Overall, this room had everything I needed and more!

Incredible Place to Live

I absolutely love my bedroom here. It is a beautiful home and the room is very spacious and comfortable. It came fully furnished with everything I needed and more: a TV with Roku, two nighstands, a dresser,, a desk and chair, and a huge walk-in closet. The connected master bathroom was beautiful, with a great shower and a gorgeous vanity setup. There were even extra sheets, throw pillows, and blankets provided, which made it feel extra homey and welcoming. Plus, the landlord, Tiffiny, is AMAZING. She is so hospitable, approachable, and kind. The property is maintained so well, and she is incredibly attentive to anything you may need. Overall, it was the perfect place to settle in and truly feel at home. I wish I could stay for longer!

Spacious, Peaceful, and Hassle-Free Stay!

I had a fantastic stay in this private and spacious basement from September to November. The property is exactly as describedclean, well-furnished, and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stayit really felt like home! And the decor is amazing! The landlord was incredibly kind and respectful, never intrusive but always available if needed. The location is perfect, and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and I really enjoyed my daily walks! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay.

Primary Bedroom

This fully furnished apartment feels like home away from home during my current stay. Everything is clean, with comfortable furniture, a well-stocked kitchen including quality appliances, and linens provided. The location was ideal, within close proximity of shops, grocery stores, mall & work. The host is very responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication a breeze. I Highly recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable furnished rental.

Primary Bedroom

This property was nothing shy of perfect. The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet & the neighbors are friendly. The apartment is very spacious and cozy. The primary bedroom is HUGE, including the bathroom and closet. Having that much space was amazing. The private the porch is such a great addition & probably my favorite part of the whole place! There are so many shopping/restaurant options within 10-15 minutes of the house. On top of that, Tiffiny is such a kind hearted, friendly person. Shes very attentive and helped me with anything I needed. I couldnt have asked for a better landlord. Im truly going to miss living here.

Great place to stay!

This property and the landlord was a perfect fit for my roommate and I! The apartment was in a nice and quiet cul-de-sac in a well kept, safe neighborhood. I loved the privacy of this apartment. It is a basement apartment, so the landlord does live above you but she is very quiet and never disturbed us. What I love most about this place is the enormous private deck and private entrance. The house backs up to the woods so it is very peaceful and it was gorgeous in the fall. The apartment had everything my roommate and I needed. T had a good assortment of dishes and spices for the kitchen. She also provided cleaning supplies that came in handy, along with all bedding and towels. She has most of everything we needed, but If my roommate and I ever needed something in addition, T was more than willing to order it and responded in a quick and polite manner. Highly recommend this apartment

What a charming and beautiful place to stay!! Quiet, clean, well-thought-out space with plenty of windows and natural light. You will need for nothing in this generously furnished apartment. The furniture is functional and comfy, and the sprawling private deck looks out into a beautiful woodland with birds, squirrells, bunnies and deer. It is just a few miles drive to the center of Charlotte, and just minutes from the most adorable small town of Matthews. The owner is so kind and great to work with. She has thought if everything you will need to enjoy your stay in this lovely paradise. Things I loved include, washer/ dryer, TOASTER OVEN, full-sized, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig , food prep containers, & insulated mugs and cups! , AMAZING DECK, soft comfy living room furniture, GREAT WIFI, spacious bathtub/ shower, beautiful, peacefull neighborhood, great, close parking.
