Great stay in Matthews!

Kim & Jim are amazing hosts! They are the kindest people and make sure you have everything you need. The apartment is in great condition and close to anything you could need. Would recommend this place to anyone.

My Stay in Matthews

My stay at Jim and Kim's place was very comfortable and they were extremely welcoming! They had great recommendations for the area too. I stayed here for about 3 months and felt safe when walking or running around the neighborhood. There were plenty of grocery stores and shopping centers close by. Great place to stay if you do not want to be in the city but still have great access to everything nearby. Overall, I would definitely recommend! The landlords were always kind and willing to help. I loved exploring Matthews during my stay!

Amazing Accommodations

My stay here was nothing short of great. The unit is very spacious, clean and quiet. Jim and Kim are great and respond quickly. The location is great for whatever hospital you may work. It was a 20 - 25 minute commute to Atrium/Novant in uptown. The unit is supplied with EVERYTHING you would need. I highly recommend this property, (and I am very particular)!

Wonderful Stay

The Parkers home is so beautiful. It had everything that I could need and more. They were super responsive of if I had any questions or concerns. The home is located in a beautiful area perfect for walks and a very friendly neighborhood. Lots of restaurants and shops near by. You have all the privacy you need and I felt super safe at all times. If Im ever back in the area for an assignment this will be the first place I try to book. Thank you both again.

Great rental!

We stayed for 2 months and the space was everything we needed. Jim and Kim were very kind and helpful landlords. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and was conveniently located close to Charlotte.

My stay at Jim and Kims place was the best stay Ive had with furnished finder. They were so kind and accommodating. The space was more than enough for one person. The neighborhood was safe and friendly.

Outstanding Rental

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, clean apartment that opens to an attractive wooded backyard. Kim and Jim are wonderful landlords who are always willing to help at a moments notice. The apartment is located in a quiet, safe and very friendly neighborhood. We have no hesitation in strongly recommending this apartment and Jim and Kim as an outstanding rental.

Great location, great place

I loved this apartment it had everything you needed and tons of space. It's in a great neighborhood and can easily get to downtown Charlotte and other areas in NC within 30 mins or less. I worked as a nightshift nurse and thankfully the bed room was dark and quiet for the day. Would've stayed if i had kept my contract, also J and K are amazing and sweet people, great to rent from.
