Comfy Modern Home
Roy's home was the perfect spot for my family during our time in Cedar Rapids. The home is updated and spacious and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Roy was very friendly and helpful with any issues that came up. Our dog loved the yard! We highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet spot in Cedar Rapids :)

Home away from home
R was one of the best hosts we have stayed with. He was always available for any questions or concerns. R is pleasant and very knowledgeable about things to see and do in the area. The house has recently been renovated, and the decor was very modern. All neighbors in the area were very friendly and nice. Highly recommend R and his properties if you are in the area. 5 stars!!
