Great Home

Dom has great energy and a beautiful home. He helped me out on a short term stay when I was need of a place to start my job at last minute. He keeps the house clean and loves to help people. He would cook on different occasions and his food was always delicious. If youre in the RI area this would be a great place to stay. Only 15 minutes to get to work from his place.

Excellent Choice

Dom is incredibly attentive to any concerns Ive had and has always been willing to accommodate my ever-evolving schedule. From restoring power/Wi-Fi to handling outages, hes never been more than a text away. In fact, hes often the first to reach out after an incidentoffering ETAs on repairs and doing what he can to resolve any inconvenience that may arise. Hes kind, personable, and emotionally intelligent. I tend to be more quiet and reserved, and thankfully, Dom and the others in the house understand this and dont pressure me into conversation. As for the space itself, theres a lot to appreciate. The room is clean, spacious, and equipped with a well-functioning window unit. Theres ample storage, the bed is comfortable, and I was provided with a key to lock the door from the outside for added security. All in all, this is a great propertymade even better by an excellent host!

Family Vibes!!!

I stayed with Dom and it was nothing more than a family environment. The house was peaceful, serene and immaculately clean. Every now and then we would have family gatherings and cookouts. We also spent Thanksgiving and Christmas together as a family. Nothing but great times and vibes. He even sent out of his way to make my 34th birthday special by hosting me a surprise birthday party!! Dom is a special guy with a big heart and will do anything in his power to make you feel welcomed and invited. If you stay with him you'll never be disappointed!!

Great Space

Honestly renting at Dom's has to be the best experience I've had in a really long time when it comes to finding a space to stay. He was up front, honest and forthcoming as well as fair and understanding. The property was also very clean and well maintained. Safe, family oriented neighborhood and my housemates were very cool. I'd advise anyone traveling and on the lookout for space in RI to lock in with Dom. Worth it!

beware - the occupancy of this 4BR house is not 4 people!!

I'd encourage anyone considering renting from D (the owner of the property who lives on-site) to get accurate answers as to how many people are sleeping in each bedroom, and the basement, of this 4BR house -- including boyfriends/family members of the renters of each bedroom. Also ask about companion animals of the renters and their visitors. There were 7 (!) people and a dog staying in this house the 1st night I was there, and this was presented to me as being not a big deal/an honest representation of what should occur in a 4BR house shared living situation/arrangement. I've used Furnished Finder to find shared living situations in 4 states (ME, MA, VT, RI) and this has never occurred to me before. I've been a traveler for over 5 years and have always had "good luck" here. Nice people in the house - just too many people to accommodate any type of peaceful environment for anyone trying to work and have a place to return to that isn't filled with comings and goings ....
