Carriage House

I stayed in this carriage apartment for three months and had a wonderful experience. The location was excellent, with easy access to the Monon Trail system, which made it convenient for walking, running, and exploring Indianapolis. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and always felt very safe. The apartment was comfortable and well-suited for an extended stay. Ben was outstanding. He was always quick to respond to questions and promptly addressed any maintenance issues or repairs that came up during my stay. His communication and attentiveness made the entire experience stress-free. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a short- or long-term stay in Indianapolis.

Very comfortable and open concept home, very quiet neighborhood, indoor garage parking, nice backyard great for my BBQ time.Ben is very responsive of any concerns, providing great lawn care and snow removal assistance. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this property. As a Travel Nurse this was a perfect home away from home. Safe neighborhood, very functional, comfortable and clean home . Property is close to the hospital, grocery store and downtown with lots of restaurants. Landlord is amazing. I would definitely book this property again!

Landlord responds quickly to maintenance concerns. Beautiful open floor plan. Great function in the kitchen, with plenty of storage. Grocery store and dining nearby. Downtown and Hospital nearby. Public transportation in area. You will not regret staying at this property.

Highly recommend staying here. The landlord is responsive, prompt and happy to help with anything needed. Ample parking, open floor plan, spacious bedrooms and close proximity to downtown. Very close to the Monon Trail and walking distance to Scarlett Lane Brewery, Festiva Mexican Restaurant and Provider Coffee Shop.
