fabulous stay with wonderful host

I had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless and the design is truly beautiful with lots of thoughtful touches. It's a very comfortable and well-thought-out space. It was also super quiet, which made for a very relaxing experience. The host was wonderful! Extremely communicative and proactive throughout the entire process, very respectful of your space and privacy, and very organized. The location is perfect; it's highly walkable with a great neighborhood for daily strolls (go to the rose garden!), and having the MAX nearby was a huge plus to get downtown without dealing with parking/traffic. The private parking spot right out front was also a massive convenience. Highly recommended!

Cozy, Bright, and Easy Stay

I can’t believe how fast six months went by. I’m really grateful I got to spend that time in this cute ADU. The space has everything you need. I especially loved the open layout with the high ceilings, big kitchen, and the spacious bathroom and bedroom. The front windows bring in so much natural light and make the place feel really warm and cozy. On rainy days, it was honestly perfect to just sit with a cup of coffee and watch the rain. Also have to mention Nips, the friendly neighborhood orange cat, who would stop by to say hi every now and then :) Dawn is a great landlord, super attentive and always making sure you’re taken care of, but also very easygoing. Even though the ADU is right next to her house, it still feels really private and you barely hear anything. Overall, I had a really great stay and would definitely recommend it. Five stars
