Amazing property to stay at. Ms. Deb and Ryan are fantastic and very professional. Upon arriving onto the premises I was greeted graciously at the door by Ms. Deb who made me feel welcomed and right at home. She invited me in with open arms and showed me where everything was. Very nice, open and honest lady. This place has everything that one would need away from home. Her son Ryan is also very helpful. For a travel nurse who works nights, they were very respectful and accommodating to my sleep schedule. Very quiet, and safe neighborhood which made it easier to go out at night. If this property is available book it! You will not regret it. If I have to come back to the Cape I will definitely be calling her first.

Beautiful Cape Cod Home

I had a wonderful experience living at 16 Clipper Lane for 8 months in The Cape Cod room facing the front of the property. I immediately felt welcomed by Deb and her son, Ryan. The house is beautifully decorated, organized, and clean. The neighborhood is safe for single women to walk/ run for miles. Deb is a natural homemaker that is constantly gardening and cooking, making the place feel super cozy. I always appreciated seeing one of her lovely flower arrangements on the kitchen island. Flowers she has grown and pick right from her garden. The backyard is spacious with a gas grill and fire pit. I would often meal prep on the grill and enjoy the wood burning fire pit in every season during my stay. Deb and Ryan are wonderful. They respect your privacy and are always helpful if you need anything. I was unable to go home for Christmas due to work and Deb invited me to her family Christmas dinner. She is so much fun and a fantastic cook and hostess. I highly recommend you stay here!!

Fantastic property with an amazing family

If this property is available, book it. D is a super nice, accommodating, and helpful landlady. You will be sharing the home with her and her son R, who is equally nice and helpful. The commute to Cape Cod Hospital is 15 min without traffic 30 with traffic and construction. Everything you need is very close to the house. The bed in your room is extremely comfortable (it's new). The home is kept very clean, and D is always helpful if you need recommendations. It's only a 30 min drive to Plymouth if you want to see the Mayflower, Plymouth Rock, and the Plimouth Pawtuxet plantation (I recommend seeing them all). Nauset Beach (where the pilgrims actually landed) is only 30 min away, and a day trip to Provincetown is only 1.5 hrs away. If you like lighthouses, you can see 3 of them in one day. D's place is a really great location to see the sights. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely stay here again!

A True Gem

Wonderful property listing to stay at. Beautiful room to stay in with plenty of space. Big closet and big dresser and your own TV and also a reclining chair. Kitchen is free to use and is a great kitchen. Personal fridge in the bedroom for your groceries. Driveway space for your car. Hiking Trails nearby. Beautiful yard and backyard space as well. On a quiet dead end street. Washer and dryer available for use in the basement. D is so sweet and so accommodating and was truly a wonderful host. Would totally stay there again!

Lovely Cape Cod Stay

Gorgeous piece of property. Fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances. Brand new washer/dryer. Private, charming room views of gardens out back. Ample parking directly out front in circle. Property on secluded cul-du-sac - no road noise. Less than 5 min drive to Craigville Beach or a short bike trip. Cant say enough good things. Deb is fantastic and professional. If this room is still available Id jump right on it!
