Excellent

This is a beautiful, quiet and very clean unit. The private entrance with gated patio area was very nice. Very clean and comfortable with so many amenities and plenty of space to park. Close to stores and restaurants. I really liked that the sleeping and bathroom area are separated by a door from the kitchen/dining area for additional privacy! The unit owner is quick to respond to any and all inquiries. Felt like home. You will not be disappointed!

Home away from home

Very clean, very private place. This is the right place if you enjoy your alone time and cherish silence. This place is located at a dead with a private entrance, but close to stores and activities. The beach is just a few miles away! M is very responsive to any inquiries. She takes care of any issues very quickly and shes extremely cognizant of the need of her tenant. This is a night shifters dream place.

Nice

The place is clean, nicely decorated, very quiet at a dead end. Was annoyed about the coin washer but complained and they opened them and didn't charge. I would go back. It had everything i needed.

Very nice place. It has all of the necessities. Very nicely appointed. The only down sides are: limited freezer space (dorm room fridge) and pay to use W/D. I have stayed at many rentals and have NEVER had to pay to wash and dry my laundry. I literally took my stuff home to not give them the $4.00 it takes to wash and dry each load. Seriously, after $2100/month for a tiny room and you charge for laundry? Makes me sick. But, for the extremely small space, its clean, except for the bugs. Be sure to bring your bug spray. Lots of cockroaches and drain flies.
