Excellent and Safe for a Traveling Female Professional

I was contracted to work over the summer in Santa Rosa, California and was looking for a place to stay during my time. When I was researching the area Cathy was prompt in responding to my inquiries and confirmed the safety of the neighborhood. During my stay it truly the best place to be and convenient with the groceries, stores and my work nearby. The place was roomy, bright and definitely felt like home. I highly recommend staying here for anyone!

Country living

This unit was a perfect fit for me. It's close to everything! Hospital, gym, groceries, and so many wineries! The unit is clean, quiet, and safe. Looks just like the pictures. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. Parking is just steps from the unit. Cathy and Dan are so kind and generous. I would highly recommend this place if you're staying in this area.

Peaceful and fully equipped

Stayed here during a 13 week contract at Kaiser Santa Rosa. The apartment was brand new, beautifully designed, and had everything you could possibly need on an extended stay. Queen bed was very comfortable as was the sofa. The surroundings were quiet yet still within minutes of work, a gym, and groceries. It was nice to be able to park right outside the front door. C was a responsive, non-intrusive hostess. I would definitely stay here again if working in the area.

Wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful property and very nice apartment. I was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I was traveling for work and felt very safe there. Very close to restaurants and quick access to the freeway! I would definitely stay there again!!!
