The property is in an older complex but has been updated and was very comfortable. My small dog and I stayed for a month and enjoyed the location. Had a couple issues that popped up but the landlord was very quick to reply. Would definitely recommend.
This apartment was perfect for me as a night shift, travel nurse working at Banner University. My commute to the hospital was 20 minutes or less and everything that comes with Old Town was only 2 miles away. The population at this complex is mostly elderly so it is almost always quiet. There are 2 pools and 1 hot tub that stay vacant majority of the time. The landlord is easy to reach, easy to deal with, and responsive to any issues that may arise. There is a designated parking spot just a few steps from your front door and the courtyard out back is always well-manicured. I had a great experience as someone who needed peace and quiet during the day but still took part in nightlife in Old Town.
