Most Suitable for Day Shifter

Angela is a friendly homeowner & her dog,Lexie,is a delight. Comfortable home,has the essentials necessary for a short term stay.Bathroom is private but not ensuite;its in the hallway & could get used by her guests. Neighborhood is a cul-de-sac;safe & quiet.Theres a biking/running/walking trail behind the estate & easily accessible. One will enjoy their stay here but it will be most suitable for a day shifter as the other occupants of the house are quite active during the hours when a night shifter would be trying to get their rest.

I don't even know how to write this review without crying, because I love Angela so much after living with her for almost 10 months. But I'm going to keep it short and professional so here it goes. Angela is an amazing person. Her space is very homey and clean. The area is safe, quiet, and she makes sure you will feel welcomed in Denver. She's puts in constant effort to update the house so it stays new and renovated as well. The backyard area is a peaceful place to enjoy a conversation with a cup of coffee and snuggle with her pup. If you need someone to laugh and share a glass of wine with, or cry about a breakup, Angela is the friend that will share her wisdom and advice in all the best ways. Please say hi to Lexi for me.

I had the pleasure of staying at this rental location and highly recommend it. Angela was very welcoming from the time I met her. She was very responsive and friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience during my stay. The rental is conveniently located near local amenities, hospitals, parks, and downtown. It was a very short drive from my workplace which was nice, especially during the winter snow time. I felt VERY comfortable at this location. The rental had all of the amenities that I needed daily. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and had plenty of room to store personal belongings. If you're looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay while on an assignment, this is it!

Welcoming home

Host is very friendly and accommodating! However the room gets very warm during the summer months and storage is minimal. But I still enjoyed and would recommend it as a short term rental!

Quaint Room

This property was exactly what I needed for a short term rental. It is located in a very safe area. A, the landlord is very responsive and great company. I would recommend this rental to anyone traveling near this area!
