I couldnt have asked for a better person to rent from. She went above and beyond what a typical landlord does. The place was very nice and I throughly enjoyed my time there.

Traveler

C was very welcoming from the moment I moved in! The area that you rent out provides the privacy of having your own place while also not feeling completely lonely. She added a lamp in the living area to provide more light downstairs, which I appreciated. I worked the night shift. I never woke up because of noises from upstairs. Anytime she needed to come downstairs, she would text you first to make sure it's okay. It's a very quiet neighborhood, plenty of walking paths nearby. I would definitely come back here if I come across another contract in this area :)

Great Private Room

I enjoyed my stay here. The private room and bathroom are spacious and well kept. The family was very accommodating and lovely to live with.

Stay for contract work

Large living area and bedroom with private bathroom. My dog was allowed to stay which is always a bonus. Has a fenced in yard which is nice for my dog as well. C is very accommodating and her home is very nice in a very nice neighborhood.

Quiet, beautiful ho

C was an amazing host. Her schedule and mine were opposite, as I was assigned to a night shift while I was there. She was very respectful of my sleeping hours, and I never heard so much as a peep from upstairs while I was sleeping. Mocha, the dog, was very sweet as well. She never barked, and I think spent most of the time sleeping. C made sure I had space in the kitchen and refrigerator as needed, but I didnt really utilize it, simply because the mini-fridge she had in the basement held what few colder items I needed just fine. She also allowed me space in the garage to park my car. Which was amazing! I drive electric and she was absolutely gracious enough to let me use a wall plug in the garage to keep charged up during the day while I was sleeping. The neighborhood was very quiet. You are far enough away from the main road, that you didnt hear any road traffic whatsoever, and the home is at the end of a cul-de-sac. Overall, this was a great place to stay!
