Cozy Beach Front Private Apartment

I loved staying in this beach front property! My pup and I spent countless hours walking the beach. The home was clean, comfy and had lots of space! It's a great walkable neighborhood with friendly neighbors who look out for one another. The tenant downstairs is nice, respectful and always very helpful. I can't say enough good things about my time there. Any small issues or questions I had were quickly addressed by the landlord. I hope to stay there again for another contract at Yale one day!

This beach front home was such an incredible stay during my contract at Yale. It is a 12 minute drive or less to the hospital and yet you get to have unobstructed views of the ocean in the front yard. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook, the bedroom was massive with tons of closet and dresser space. It was clean, quiet and the skylights made for amazing lighting. The bed was comfy and the living room with the electric fireplace/heater was amazing during the winter months. This space is very roomy and bright and it's on a quiet road that is very safe for walking (you can even walk to get ice cream or food in under 5 minutes). The closed in outdoor porch (not pictured here) is an amazing part of the space as well. I will 100% be staying here again should a contract come up. The landlord was responsive and nice! The TVs worked great and the WiFi was strong. I have no complaints about this stay. Could not recommend enough! I'm sure it's even more amazing in the summer!
