Wonderful!
Wonderful house, location, and landlord! My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for nearly two months, to be close Kootenai Health while waiting for our new daughter to be born and for recovery time. We loved how close it is to a nice park and playground, the beach, the library and downtown. We walked in the neighborhood every day. The house is clean, bright, and comfortable, and it had everything we needed. It is also close to many good grocery stores and Costco. We will definitely stay here again if we ever need another extended stay in CDA.

Perfect rental and location
This was my home away from home during the summer while I traveled for work. The house had everything that I needed and more. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and not far from downtown. Steve was absolutely amazing with welcoming me to town and seeing that all was going well with the rental.
