Non professional behaviour

Booked this for my family (traveling from outside US) and they had very bad stay experience. Children were bit by some insects Water started to leak from AC Informed manager and she said she is not in town but will refund if we leave Family had a to stay couple more days and left When called back manager said there was no issue with the apartment (we sent her pics of our children being bit). Very non professional attitude

Perfect Stay in Las Cruces Comfortable Clean and Convenient

We had such a great experience staying at this rental in Las Cruces. The home was exactly as described, clean, well maintained, and really comfortable. It had everything we needed, and you can tell the space is thoughtfully taken care of. The location was also a huge plus, and it was close to everything around town. It made getting around super easy and was a great place to come back to at the end of the day. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish, which we really appreciated. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Las Cruces. We would definitely stay here again!
