Joe and I have been renting out our furnished properties since 2006, before AirB&B existed, and before VRBO became Vrbo, owned by Expedia. We learned quickly that Tucson was a popular place for traveling nurses, grad students, and temporary workers from many walks, even in the summer! We continue to prefer catering to travelers who are here for work, school, or to enjoy Tucson for several weeks to several months.
