Quiet & Convenient Location

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is perfect. It is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with plenty of street parking available if needed. There are great coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets just a few minutes away, which made day-to-day living super convenient. The house itself has everything you could possibly need. It is clean, comfortable, and very user friendly, with thoughtful touches that make it feel like home. The host was also kind and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well equipped home in a great area. I would happily stay here again.

Excellent stay

The place was more than what I could have asked for. It was safe, quiet and near a lot of places to go eat and shop. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The host was lovely, very responsive and respectful. I truly enjoyed my time there! Highly recommend staying!

Great location and home!

I had a great extended stay living here! The location is perfect to be close to Carondelet hospitals, TMC, and Banner! It is also great being close to the airport, downtown, multiple grocery stores, and lots of great restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and walkable, you can see lots of families and pups walking around every night. D was a very kind host and was always responsive, friendly, and made sure I felt at home. She always let me know if she needed to come in the home for repairs or any routine changes. She went out of her way to help me and quickly address any concerns I had. The home is small but perfect for one person and had everything I needed. Having a full kitchen was great, and I enjoyed having a yard both in front and back. It was great being able to park behind the house and I always felt safe. I would highly recommend for a short or extended period of time!

Great place and location

D was a really great host and has been very responsive the whole time. place has a nice back and front yard with safe parking space. Location is close to downtown and university, easily accessible to stores and restaurants. unit is complete with everything that you need

Nice, clean, safe and private furnished unit. Quiet area, very close to local hospitals. Convenient parking. Close to supermarkets, shopping, restaurants, and downtown. Landlord responds quickly to texts. Gives notification before coming in for routine maintenance (yardwork, air filter change) Very good experience at this unit.
