Lovely cottage

I feel very lucky to have found this place. I am a nurse and live locally but had to relocate for a bit as my home was scheduled to undergo some construction work. Emily was very accommodating with my schedule and graciously let me bring my two dogs along for the stay. The cottage had everything I needed. It was so comfortable and cozy. The additional presence of a fenced yard was a huge benefit as well. Emilys warmth and the peaceful atmosphere of the cottage truly helped a stressful move seem not so bad. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a temporary rental, especially if you are working at one of the three hospitals in town. It is located in a very central location, making your commute quick and easy. Thanks, Emily!

Best Place and Property Owners in Santa Rosa

We stayed in this property for about 4 months and the place was amazing! Its quiet, great scenery and the owners were wonderful! They always asked if we needed anything or had any issues with the property. There was not any but they made sure to check in. I would 10 out of 10 stay here again.

Great location and property!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 months with our dog. The property has a nice private side yard which was perfect for our dog. E was very responsive and attentive to all of our needs during our stay! The home is equipped with everything you need and is located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to town and Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital. The home has lots of natural light accompanied by the outdoor patio set allowing you to enjoy the great Santa Rosa weather.

Forest Hide Away

This is a rare find! Very private, clean and cozy! The land lords E and E are very gracious and respond to text quickly. I stayed with my husband and 3 cats very comfortably. All of our amenities needed for a home away from home were ready for us. The property is very beautiful and the visits from the wild life are very enjoyable. Lots of light from the skylights was amazing! The little fountain pond is nice to sit by and occasionally you might get a glimpse of a koi or two! We also enjoyed the visits from the landlords doggos!! Very cute. One of the bedrooms has a fireplace in it. The other is also ver spacious as well. I would suggest anyone to stay here for their contract visit. I gave it the full 5 stars!
