Cozy Jungle Bungalow Near Downtown

The jungle bungalow was the perfect home for our stay in St Pete! The location is great, surrounded by nice neighborhoods with some shops, restaurants and a brewery within walking distance. Bike ride away from coffee pot, the bay, pier, downtown, etc. This house has SO much character! Open living room area with a TV and record player with great sound system. Kitchen has everything that you need. Bedrooms are standard and spacious, the second bedroom serves as a great office space with an adjustable standing desk. Best part of the house has to be the back porch. Incredible backyard with a variety of different plants, we spent most of our days and nights sitting out there. Everything is in good shape and working condition. In unit laundry is a huge bonus. AJ was an incredible host and extremely responsive throughout the whole process.

I had the pleasure of staying at this furnished home rental from January - April, and it really was a great spot from start to finish. The house has great character and is tastefully decorated. A.J, the property manager was incredibly accommodating and was very easy to communicate with. The appliances were up to date and in great working order. The back deck was our favorite spot, even when it rained we were able to enjoy the outside space as another warm and inviting atmosphere. The fenced in backyard made it great for our two dogs to have some space to run around. I worked remote from the second bedroom / office which was really convenient and well-suited for a remote worker. The kitchen was great for making meals, but the location was also close enough to drive or bike to a number of restaurants or coffee shops. We typically crossed 16th St. N (Magnolia Heights) to walk the dogs in the morning as Oakwood Garden doesn't have a ton of sidewalks. Great spot, would recommend!
