Quiet Stay In Beautiful Home

Nekeya was an excellent host. Prior to my arrival from out of state, she gave me a FaceTime video tour of her home and the room I would be renting from her. She labeled all commonly used areas which limited the amount of guessing/contact that was required to locate items. The house was clean and reduced clutter allowed for my own items in the space, especially in the bedroom. As a student, the built-in desk and chair in the bedroom was extremely beneficial to my stay. The pool was an amazing feature to have, especially for those extra hot Arizona days. There is no work required by the renter to maintain the pool which is a bonus. The neighborhood is safe and I felt comfortable taking late night walks. I would happily stay at this location if I am ever in the Phoenix area again.

Perfect Home away from Home

I had a wonderful stay at Keya's home. Keya was always super communicative and easy to get in touch with if I had questions. The home is fully equipped and had everything I needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Unexpected Stay

Moving to Phoenix in 2023 was a spontaneous decision, and I initially only planned to stay in Keya's home for a few months while getting settled. However, my plans quickly changed, and I ended up staying for over a year! The prime location near downtown Phoenix was incredibly convenient, and the family-friendly neighborhood remained wonderfully quiet at night. I appreciated having full access to all common areas, which made the house feel like home, not just a room. Keya herself was an exemplary host, and always responsive, welcoming, and respectful of my privacy. You won't regret choosing her place!
