Perfect Homebase in Humboldt County

I stayed here September to October and had a wonderful experience. The Garden Casita was exactly what I needed for a comfortable, peaceful base while working remotely. The space is bright, thoughtfully designed, and had everything I needed — it felt like a home rather than just a rental. I especially loved how quiet and tucked away the casita was, yet it’s still walking distance to town, restaurants, coffee shops, and local trails. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant, and I really enjoyed exploring the Arcata area on foot and by bike. The landlord (Tibora) is very friendly and easy to communicate with. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
