Quiet and Clean

Stayed here 3 months for a travel contract. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Very close to many shopping areas, restaurants and University of Iowa Hospital. Landlord is very accommodating and quick to respond. Will 100% stay again if ever in the area.

Gorgeous Home

This home is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend staying here. Clean, comfortable and easy freeway access. Landlord lives nearby and is very responsive with any issues. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

10/10 place to stay if coming to iowa city

This was by far the BEST place I've stayed while on assignment. N is an awesome landlord, is easy to communicate with, and the house is gorgeous! I felt very comfortable and safe staying here and it is in a great location with a quick drive to the hospital. It also truly felt private as I hardly ever ran into either of my roommates. If you need a place to stay in Iowa city, don't pass this one up! I'd definitely stay again if I ever make my way back this direction.

Amazing place and experience!

This was my first travel nurse assignment and it was a great experience. N is a great landlord, great communicator and very helpful. His place is very clean, cozy, and located in a quiet and calm neighborhood. Its in a great location close to many great places. This was a great stay away from home, would highly recommend to others.

Great Stay

I feel very fortunate that I found this listing on FF. It's a beautifully, well-decorated new home with all the amenities that one would need while away from home. You can tell that everything provided and made available for use had been thoughtfully planned out/anticipated. The property is in a new construction community that is very safe and quiet, and it is only a 15 minute drive to/from Mercy IC. For the majority of my stay it's been a full house (2 other roommates), but every roommate that has come and gone were really friendly, quiet, and scarce. We all rarely saw each other, so it was like having the whole place to yourself most times. N is a great landlord and has been nothing but accommodating and very helpful. I have referred other colleagues to him and will continue to do so. I really enjoyed my stay here and was sad to leave, but I look forward to hopefully being able to rent from him again if the opportunity presents itself.

I had the best experience staying at this home. N, the owner , was amazing and so accommodating. Property is really nice. Well priced. If any travel nurses are looking for a place to stay in Iowa city, this is a great property for you. You will not be disappointed!!!
