Comfortable Stay

Property is in a nice quiet neighborhood, you don't have to be scared to walk out of the door. The host was very accommodating and pleasant. The basement apartment was very nice, clean and secluded from the upper part of the house. It has a mini fridge, two eye burner for cooking, and microwave. I did buy some other cooking supplies such as a ice maker, air fryer, frying pan, and crock pot to accommodate my needs. It has a small washer in dryer for small loads, but will need to go to laundry mat for larger loads. My only complaint would be is I'm not use to living under people so you are able to hear some noise from upstairs. Just bring ear plugs for sleeping if you are sensitive to sounds and you will be perfectly fine. The owner respects your privacy and is prompt with returning your deposit as long as they property is left without damages. I would definitely consider staying here again.
