very unplesent stay.

I stayed at this property from February to March 2026. While the home itself was decent, the surrounding environment was not a good fit for me and my family. The area did not feel as clean or comfortable as expected, and there was frequent noise that made it difficult to rest. There were often loud disturbances, including neighbors arguing, chickens nearby, and music from surrounding homes, especially on weeknights and weekends, which made it challenging to sleep consistently. I did bring up my concerns during my stay, but they were not acknowledged or addressed. Communication at times felt dismissive rather than solution focused. After moving out, there was also a disagreement regarding my security deposit, which I am currently working through. I would recommend future tenants take time to fully research the area, ask questions, and carefully review lease terms before moving in. Overall, this experience was not the best fit for my situation.

Thank you for your feedback. While we value tenant perspectives, its important to provide additional context. The tenant moved into this unit from a neighboring unit we manage. The lease was initially for her and her children; however, additional occupants (including her brother, boyfriend, and another individual) later moved in without authorization, exceeding lease limits. There were also repeated parking violations, with up to four vehicles on-site despite only two designated spaces, and use of non-approved parking areas. The tenant chose to break the lease early without providing the required notice. This is the reason for the ongoing security deposit matter, which is being handled in accordance with the lease terms. Regarding the surrounding area, we strive to be transparent and encourage all prospective tenants to visit, ask questions, and ensure the location meets their expectations before signing a lease. We remain committed to clear communication and consistent enforcement of lease terms.
