Great Stay close to the strip!

**Review is for Brittany's other property which is the same layout as this one, but closer to the amenities & office, which was preferred!** This 2-bdrm apt was wonderful for our 6-wk stay. At first, the thought of staying this close to the strip was a turnoff, especially because this is a non-gated complex, however, I never felt unsafe. All amenities (pool, gym) had key entries, and there was a guard that would walk around at night. The apartment was fantastic & full of everything we needed for an accommodating stay. Even the kitchen pantry was stocked! There were smart TVs in both bedrooms and living room. The size of the apt was perfect for 2 ppl. There was a security system, however I didn't find this useful as we couldn't operate any features from outside of the apartment (what would have been the point of an alarm going off if we didn't know?) Brittany was a wonderful host. She was available whenever we needed her and went out of her way to make us comfortable.

Great home

This was a great place to stay. I lived there for about two months and it was a great spot for everywhere I needed to. At first I was a little iffy on the area, but I always felt safe and the added security system is a huge plus, especially when traveling alone like I was. This was a cute and comfortable place that felt extremely homey. And you cant beat the location. Sunrise hospital was less than 15 min away, and everything fun that I wanted to do was either just a few minutes away or quick ride on the interstate. I would definitely stay here again.

An amazing property with a fantastic view of the surround Las Vegas strip. The owner is very responsive and accommodating for changing circumstances. It was a pleasure doing business with her. Highly recommend!

Excellent Location, Helpful Host

I stayed here for just under a month and was made to feel very welcome by the host who was very prompt in communication whenever I had an issue. The location was excellent, reasonable walking distance from the strip and close to public transport connections. Also right behind Gold Coast and close to Palms casinos. I would definitely stay here again if I returned to Las Vegas!

Great Stay

Great property for a great price. I had rented a room for two months. The place was extremely clean and very well decorated. Felt very at home and welcomed. The apartment amenities provided me with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. The property owner is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure your stay is good.

Wonderful Experience!

My collegue and I stayed at B's place for a month and we had a wonderful experience. The place is super cute, very clean, well stocked, and was the perfect location for our needs. There are lots of grocery stores and shops near by, plenty of parking in the lot as well as bus stops within 5-10 minutes. The place itself is very comfortable, with lots of attention to detail. The complex was lovely with several onsite laundry rooms, and the pool and hot tub were a big plus, not to mention the little gym for residents. Checking in and out was very easy. Brittany is extremely responsive and was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. She was always ready to answer our questions and went out of her way to make our stay the best possible. Would recommend this spot to any traveling professionals looking to have comfort and a feel of home during their time in Vegas. Thanks for everything Brittany!

Enjoyed our quiet stay

Enjoyed our quite stay. It's located off the strip in the middle of everything you need, shopping & restaurants. Great little place tastefully decorated. My little pup loved all the green space for him. There's a 24hr gym, pool, spa and laundry room. Property management was great. The upstairs unit above ours had a bad leak and came out at 2 am to make sure we were ok. Owner is wonderful. Can always get a hold of her. Need anything she's there. Thank you for everything....
