Amazing experience!

I had a wonderful experience staying at Bobbi’s home for a little over a month. Everything was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and very well maintained. The room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, and the house had excellent natural light, reliable internet, heating, and all the amenities I needed. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the common areas were always clean and organized. Although the entrance and laundry area were shared, Bobbi was always respectful of everyone’s privacy and communicated clearly whenever she needed to use those spaces. What made this stay truly special was Bobbi herself. She is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. As someone staying away from home for the first time, I truly appreciated her support, advice, and hospitality. She made me feel safe, comfortable, and at home. I highly recommend staying here. Work and Travel Stay

WE LOVED IT!! This past winter, two friends and I decided to do a Work and Travel program in the States, and searching for a place to live wasn't easy. But then we stumbled upon this page and found Bobbi, who became our angel. The place is wonderful, well-located, and has everything one may need and more. And our hosts, Bobbi and Bill, are the most wonderful, noble, and funny people. They made our program A THOUSAND TIMES BETTER, and we were so lucky to spend the holidays and our time abroad with them.

Such an amazing location

I stayed at this location for about 9 months and all I can say is BOOK IT NOW! Bobbi and her husband Bill were so accommodating and made me feel home! If you’re hesitating no need! Bobbi surpassed all expectations of what a landlord is!

Amazing place, safe, location great. Priced perfectly .

This sweet 2 bedroom apartment is a hidden Gem. Priced very affordable. Has two bedrooms but if your only using 1 bedroom price is only $1100 a month, that's a price way below market, you get so much , no sharing of apartment, only sharing washer and dryer which is minimal, owners are friendly, helpful and there top priority is making you feel safe and you have a private place thats your for your stay. I have to highly recommend this place hands down, if you're on the fence, don't be, rent it, you'll be very happy with the decision. Also location in Coeur d Alene is prime spot to be, close to I90 as well.

Staying with B and B

Absolute 10+!!! Beautifully maintained, clean, large property that was very comfortable. Host wonderfully considerate and helpful in every way. All you need in the unit as mentioned. Cannot say enough nice. You cannot go wrong. The city itself is nice with lots to do in a beautiful area.

Great place to rent!

B and B have a great place. It's a spacious basement space with a beautiful bright living area, spacious bedroom, and private bathroom and kitchenette. It was fully furnished with everything you need and B is so helpful if you have any requests. She even had a couple gifts ready for my arrival. The neighborhood is close to all the local attractions, but remains a nice quiet spot to stay. The private parking spot is a very nice feature, so that I could come and go without worrying about parking on the street or being in the way. B and B are a wealth of local information and very helpful, which was very important for me coming from out of town. The kitchenette has everything you need to cook and keep food with a small refrigerator, a conduction eye, a microwave, and a toaster which was important for me so I didn't have to eat out all the time. Overall, B's place has the best features, and value of all the places I looked at on FF's.

Over the top hospitality & Retreat

This property is well located for safe and secure enjoyment of the Coeur D'Alene area. The bike path access is at the end of the street and wildlife still roams the neighborhood-- not human wildlife! The unit you rent is private downstairs with a nice family room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette all to yourself!! You also have access to the use of the washer & dryer which are in the kitchenette area and this was an easy arrangement for me. This is truly a retreat, partly due to B and B's incredible hospitality. Bobbi and Bill are the gold star standard for hosts and make sure your needs for comfort of home are met. Never worry about the shared entrance; the access to your downstairs unit is just inside the front door and both are respectful of your time and privacy. They are friendly and welcome occasional chatting but very conscientious to not overstep the boundary of your space. They want to make sure you can truly feel you are able to relax, enjoy and feel at home!
