J is most definitely a Super Host. Hell happily respond to any questions, concerns or request. If you require a place to stay in the Pompano Beach area, this is the place. Just over 5 minute drive to beach, extremely safe, quiet and clean!

Comfortable and Safe

The property is clean and comfortable. The area is very safe, restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. It's a 8 min drive to a great beach. The landlord, J, is super laid back and flexible. He did everything he could to accommodate my requests. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, weather you need it during your beach vacation or during a work trip.

Friendly environment for a medical student

I stayed here all of November and the area was great! The studio has a desk/chair, armchair, bed, kitchenette with an airfryer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all utensils you may need. It was perfect as a medical student living there since I didn't really have much time to cook much. The studio was well furnished and clean. The landlord was always available and amenable to any requests that I made. It is close to some great restaurants, Publix and not far from the water. I would stay here again!

Comfortable clean unit near the beach

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this comfortable accommodation. It had everything we needed from a toaster oven, fridge, and tv to a comfortable bed. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful with a lovely walk down to the river and a quick drive to Pompano beach and Lauderdale by the Sea. We appreciated Publix amongst other shops being nearby. The landlord was generous and hospitable. Definitely would recommend this for anyone looking for accommodation in Pompano beach area!

Quiet and safe location for a short stay

Stayed here over summer, no complaints whatsoever. Property was well furnished and clean. The landlord is always available and willing to accomodate guests. Location is great, right next to a publix and 5 minutes from the beach. Neighborhood is quiet.

Quite place close to restaurants

Quite place. Studio attached to the main house. Great for night shift workers. Also close to restaurants and the water. Owner is flexible and reasonable with requests. Would stay again.
