Lovely cozy apartment
We rented this lovely cozy basement apartment for a year and 2 months. The landlords were amazing they treated us like their family. They love our hundred pound Rhodesian Ridgeback like he was their own. Always giving him teats and lots of love. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We were only supposed to be there for 4 months but due to our house taking longer than expected to be built the e landlords accommodated us on renewing on a month to month basis. They are very hospitable and just fun to hang out with. We would sit outside and chat for hours . We would go out to eat with each other. They truly are wonderful people and their location and their accommodations are too notch. I cant recommend them enough. I promise you won't be disappointed if you stay here.
Bad experience
This was not a good experience. There are bee hives on the property and I was stung during my first week; the path leading to the apartment gets muddy when it rains; and the large boulder (yes, a boulder) in the apartment prohibits the bathroom door from opening more than about half way. Plus there is so much extra furniture that was not shown in the ad pictures. It makes the place feel overcrowded. Its a basement apartment with only tiny windows up high so it doesnt have natural daylight and most of the many lamps need to be turned on individually. Other issues: The owner would come into the apartment without notifying me sometimes when I was there and sometimes when I was not. The parking became a problem when yard waste was placed on one of the dedicated parking spaces. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with just about anything you would want.
Wonderful property
This property is fabulous. A and D go put of their way to create a comfortable and accommodating environment. The apartment is well furnished and every comfort is considered. This was a wonderful stay while I was working away from home. A and D treated me like family, they are genuinely wonderful people.
