Delightful

I stayed here for 6 months and absolutely loved it, didn't want to leave! The area was such a pleasant, quiet and safe neighborhood. As a female staying here by myself, I felt safe. The location was close to the hospitals I worked at and also close to grocery stores and the gym. The cottage itself was so cute and cozy. I had absolutely everything I needed, the space is very well thought out and beautifully designed. Lisa, the landlord, was very responsive if there was ever anything that I needed or if I had any questions. Overall 10 out of 10 place, I would definitely stay here again when I come back in town.

Perfect place!

This cottage is absolutely perfect for a long stay in Modesto! The hosts are so sweet and kind. The place is quiet and private. Even the backyard was the perfect size and we got to use the fire pit a few time. Me and my husband and our dog stayed there during our travel contract at Memorial medical. We felt like we hit the jackpot with this place plus the location was so close to work, gym and grocery store. If we ever get to go back we will definitely choose to stay here again!
