Amazing Place

Great place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The house was quiet and well maintained, and the landlord was responsive and easy to communicate with. I had a smooth and pleasant stay and would recommend it.

Wonderful stay

Linda was a wonderful host. She made me feel at home and was very accommodating. I had been renting elsewhere and I had to leave due to some unfortunate events. Linda allowed me to come in and see her place and let me move in immediately. The room and bathroom are as stated and the bed is comfortable. I would definitely come back if I were to return to the area. Thank you Linda for making me feel at home and welcomed.

Amazing place to stay

I had a lovely stay here. This home was clean, private and in a great location. The landlord Linda is very nice and listens to you with any concerns you may have. Ive spent a lot of time in the area in furnished rentals for work and this has been my favorite place to stay. Would happily come back!

Convenient, Clean and Private

The room was as indicated: clean, quiet and had access to the kitchen, laundry room, pantry and garage. The assigned bathroom is not private in the sense that one can walk from within the room to it. The landlord is odd and dismissive but bearable, if not crossing paths with her or her "brother." Neighbors in gated communities can be busybodies, so keep to yourself and you will do well at this location. I often felt like I was at "The Truman Show" because of the neighbors' outside presence and timing, when leaving / arriving at that place. Keys to the room (only to its closet) and garbage can were not provided.
