Quiet and Cozy - Mellow Yellow - Whole Unit Condo

Diannes property was just right for what we needed for the 3 months that we were there. Everything was spotless on move-in and she responded quickly every time we had questions. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Austin.

Beautiful

First off, Dianne is such a wonderful landlord. Any issues that came about was swiftly taken care of. The property is so nice, warm and cozy. It looks exactly how it does, if not better, in the pictures. The area is very quiet and calm. The condo has a cute eclectic style. I felt at home and I hated that I had to leave.

Wonderful stay

Cute apartment, fully furnished with extras like spices, cooking oil, detergent, dish soap, etc. Hosts are wonderful. Great location. Highly recommend!

It feels like home!

We stayed at this property for two months and cannot say enough about it. It is located 3 minutes from a major highway, yet you dont hear any noise. It has great parks right behind the property, and all kinds of shops, banks, and restaurants within 5 -8 minutes. D is a great host and made everything easy for us to check in and feel at home also very responsive to any questions we had. The property is beautifully appointed, has plenty of natural light (we loved this!), and the kitchen has been totally renovated. I would not hesitate to stay here again in our future trips to Austin.

Amazing property in a great location

Great property. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. Every time I sent her a message, I got a response in less than 5 mins. Clean and nice apartment. Enjoyed every moment of it. Very close from my work. Could not ask for anything better. Will rent again anytime I have to come to Austin.
