Perfect Short-Term Stay at bantr Stevens Point
I had a great short-term stay at Bantr Stevens Point! The apartment was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed. Its an ideal spot for anyone looking for a comfortable, temporary home. The property manager was amazingsuper responsive and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend!

The Best Apartment Experience in Stevens Point
Bantr Stevens Point is the perfect mix of style, comfort, and community. The apartments are modern and spacious, and the shared spaces are great for working, relaxing, or meeting neighbors. The events make it feel like more than just a place to liveits a real community. And the management team is amazingsuper friendly, helpful, and always on top of things. Beautiful apartments! Convenient location
My stay at bantr Stevens Point was really nice. The property manager, Courtney, was always timely in her responses to me. The apartment itself was really pretty. It's a new property so everything is very up-to-date and modern. It's close to a brewery, coffee shop, food, and Sentry World. Loved it!

Amazing apartment and location
I stayed here and it was a great place, lots of good community rooms, the units are pretty, and a nice walk around town

Not a great place for medical travelers
We signed a lease for June 1. Within 48 hours we were informed a POTENTIAL change in dates to June 5. Nobody gave update and we finally spoke to them on 5/23 which we were told of 5th being right and we were all set to move in. 5th came, greeted to more lies. First locks. Then inspector. No true apologies. Place is under construction. Lacks amenities. Not at all pet friendly (parking lots surround the building, heavy traffic, lots of businesses congesting, no grass) for dogs. Gave $50 credit for daily delays meanwhile paying hotel fees of $150+ and uhaul charged daily. Didn't mention reimbursing until I wanted to cancel the lease they breached. Said releasing the $2800 could take days, demanded a check. My bank isn't here, so the money I needed to move into a location is frozen. Again, our email said we were great to move in June 5th. The issues with their under construction property was known from the very beginning. I'm on contract now while still having to find a place.
