Lovely and private community. Great walking neighborhood with trails and nearby parks. Central to everything. Spacious rooms. 1 bedroom with bath. Free use of washer/dryer
This a natural setting and my nurses have really enjoyed the privacy and quiet atmosphere. Close to both NOVANT and Atrium Wake Forest Hospitals, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.

Great bedroom, providing an adjustable bed frame and the room has a leather recliner with massager. Theres also a bonus room with a treadmill. This is a home share. You will feel at home here. Pets are considered on a case by case basis.

Beautiful private community of individual homes in central Winston Salem. Great walking area and convenient to everything. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. The HOA does not allow dogs over 50 lbs & all dogs must be on leash at all times.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location! The host is very sweet and accommodating. The location is in a cute safe neighborhood. The room I stayed in had a very comfortable bed and a big enough space for me to lay my things out and have my own privacy. The common areas were shared which always worked out as well. Best of all, the host is very understanding and easy to get along with! A plus is that there are parks, trails, and so many stores nearby if you want to go out and about! If you are looking to stay at a quiet, safe, clean, and affordable space, this is the place for you!

Central, comfortable accommodation in great location!
I cannot rate this property highly enough. Very comfortable rooms and nice house in a perfect location. Also pet friendly! My dog and I stayed here while I was on contract from January-April 2022. Very close to Forsyth and close to Baptist. There are also nice walking trails. K(property owner) is the loveliest woman who makes you feel incredibly welcome. If I am back in the Winson area, I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.
