No communication

Apartment was fine, as advertised. However, it has been very hard to communicate with the property manager. Still haven't received our deposit 6 weeks after vacation the property.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

You cannot trust the property manager, especially the landlord herself! Upon arrival, the house was covered in dog urine and horrid smells, as well as stains all over the bed from who knows what. There was no mattress protector, just covered with a thin sheet. The couch had untreated urine stains as well, and the only windows in the apartment were broken and wouldn't stay open. The pictures they uploaded here are heavily edited and deceiving. They broke the law and violated our rights multiple times. The property manager stopped responding to us and entered illegally without notice and removed everything inside. We found our property damaged when we returned to an empty place. There are MANY other issues I did not mention, because there is a text limit for a review, but you cannot trust them, and they do not respect your privacy or rights. As I said, they broke the law and invaded our privacy against our will. Thankfully, we got out of the lease from their illegal acts and deceit.

Great Stay!!

I really enjoyed my time staying at this property! The apartment was the perfect size for me and my partner, and the carport parking spot was very nice to have. It was nice waking up in the morning with a coffee and a great view of the lake. The closets large and easily held all of our stuff, and washer and dryer worked well too. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. We also really liked that there was two levels of security with a coded door into the building and then a coded door into our unit. This property is close to St. Peters Hospital which was convenient for us. Id definitely recommend this unit to anyone!
