Great space!

Ashby Review: Originally planned on being here for a few short months but ended up staying over 2 years! This house definitely has all of the essentials and is perfect for a short term rental. It genuinely has all that you need in a quaint space. There are quite a few awesome spots that are within a quick walk from here including a huge park, library, coffee shop, bakery, restaurants, and grocery stores. This house is on a main road so it can be a bit noisy at times but never a huge issue for me. I’ve never had any safety concerns living here which is huge! Two parking spots available and some outdoor space is a major perk. All of my minor maintenance requests were resolved eventually. Overall, this is a great spot for someone looking for a short term rental in an easily accessible area!
