If you're traveling for a medical contract I would steer clear of this kid due to the unpredictable nature of travel contracts. He's young and completely disorganized (took 4 attempts for him and his "office" to actually get the lease right) and it was us telling him that the rent was more money than the lease said. As soon as you reach out through furnished finder he will reach out separately and cut furnished finder out of the picture so you lose any/all protections that they might provide you. Unfortunately, I ran into an issue with my contract and had to find new housing. He was given every opportunity to do the actual right thing as I never set foot in his house but he chose to keep the deposit, cleaning fee, and pet fee (I'm well aware that's his right as a lease was signed so I'm not saying he did anything illegal). He then acted as if he was doing us a favor by not having us pay more, but even at that point was asking for more than we owed because he either forgot or didn't care that the months rent was prorated due to it not starting on the 1st of the month (again with the disorganization). Personally, I would say this is not someone you want to deal with, and I would've loved if a review like this was out there because I would've stayed away. If given the opportunity he'll step on your throat without hesitation and keep your money citing the lease (which is his right) but a poor way of doing business as a young kid just starting out in my opinion.
