Wonderful Rental in SOJO

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this lovely rental in SOJO! Laura and Byron were incredible hosts and truly went above and beyond to make our short stay (two months) enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable. We had just moved from another country, and they helped us tremendously by retrieving and safely storing numerous packages we had sent ahead before our move. Their kindness and willingness to help made the transition so much easier. They were always attentive and quick to help with anything that came up, and they genuinely cared about making sure we felt welcomed and settled in. Thanks to them, our transition to the new area was smooth and pleasant. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to move to or spend time in the SOJO/Daybreak community. You truly couldn't ask for better hosts!

Fantastic Apartment for long stay

I was in town for work for 2 months. Laura and Byron were friendly, very accomodating, and wonderful hosts. They were flexible when I extended, twice. The home is on a culdesac in a beautiful upscale neighborhood. Great if you like to walk. The apartment is spacious, modern and beautiful, with a great layout and large kitchen. I love to cook and Laura made sure to have all the small appliances I typically use. It was nice to have dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The wifi was fast and reliable and the smart TV for logging in to all the streaming apps was a plus. I recommend this beautiful home with fabulous hosts!

I highly recommend staying here . I travel the US for work & this was one of the best homes I stayed in . Laura & Byron were very good hosts . They helped me with any questions or recommendations I may have needed , as well as made my stay very pleasant . It's very quiet there & the home is in a beautiful neighborhood.

Amazing Apartment

I am beyond grateful I came across this apartment! From the moment I arrived to the property Laura was very inviting and kind. She checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and if everything was good. This apartment has literally everything you need ! The kitchen is such a great size, with all major appliances needed. It has two bedrooms, and one of them has a desk which has helped me when I need to study. Also, great closet space ! This apartment is located in a very safe neighborhood, and has its own parking space. I feel So lucky to have had such a great host and apartment! If I ever come to back to Utah to visit for a long period of time I will definitely stay here ! Thank you L!

Comfortable and safe

Very comfortable basement apartment hosted by an extremely nice family. L has been nothing short of amazing at making sure I'm comfortable and things are going well during my stay. She is very good at communicating with me for any issues that may come up. The bed and couch are both comfortable, TV is a great size for the living room area and has a pretty big kitchen for the size of the place. The area is in an upscale and safe neighborhood with parking on the side of the house and not needing to park on the street. I was lucky enough to find this place for housing during my time here and highly recommend staying here for your time as well.
