Wonderful stay!!

The apartment true to the pictures posted and impeccably clean. Also, the landlord is amazing, very responsive and truly takes care of her tents. I felt like part of the family. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Barbara and Steve!!

NOT A PRIVATE SPACE

DO NOT ENGAGE! TLDR: This is not private, nor a one bedroom. The owner of this building will try and get you to rent another unlisted space when you reach out, bc this posting is a lie. It currently reads as a private 1br when it is a studio that is only accessible through someone else's apartment. Yes, you read that right. You have to share an entry code with whomever lives in that space to access your apartment. Barb waited for 3 weeks after booking, until the day before I was due to move in, to reveal that the space is only accessible through the second floor apartment. Don't let them take advantage of you.

THE BEST PLACE FOR TRAVEL NURSES!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying in this unit for almost 6 months last year while I worked as a traveler in Camden NJ. This location is EVERYTHING! No need to bring your car, public transportation is just a block away from the front door (subway -with connections to lines that run all through out Philly and NJ) conveniently located just a few blocks from groceries, shopping and CULTURE! I enjoyed ballet and broadway shows less than a mile from the rental, enjoyed so many amazing Philadelphia restaurants(most of them deliver to your door) museums, parks and more! The unit itself was amazing! B and S are gracious hosts (who cooked for me too :)) private, comfortable, clean, well built with every amenity you could think of-dishes, linens, kitchen staples(sugar, salt, oil etc.) They became like family to me. I had to cut my assignment short, because of a family emergency, but I would have stayed FOREVER! Thank you B and S for EVERYTHING <3

Best place in the city, won't find any better

This studio could not be better equipped. You can basically just bring luggage and be sure you will not be missing anything. The hosts are very welcoming and have thought of every single detail so your stay is as smooth as it can be. Big fridge with good freezer space so you can meal prep, oven, toaster and even a Keurig! The terrace is an amazing space to decompress and relax after a long day, with unique views to Center City. The house is conveniently located and you can easily commute via subway, bus or city bikes. I would have given them 10 stars if I could.
