Wonderful Place

Lived here for over a year. Wonderful place. Landlord was very nice, accommodating, and always one call away. Highly recommend this to anyone. It's close to many many shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. This is the nicest side of Miami. 10/10

Amazing Stay/ Great Landlord in Prime Location

My roommate and I had no complaints staying in this property at all. In fact it was an absolutely pleasure to do so. J, the landlord, has thought of everything needed for a very comfortable stay in all aspects. Safe neighborhood and central location to a lot of hospitals as well as a lot of restaurants, gyms and probably everything you can ever think of. 10 minutes to downtown by car. We had just a fine time over the 7 months we stayed there and if we ever had a question, J was there to answer it and respond right away. The only regret is that we couldn't have stayed longer. We really appreciate your efforts J, thank you for the pleasant stay.
