We really enjoyed our stay with R this past November. His unit has all the things you need with the best being a washer and dryer in the unit. It is very convenient to all Waikiki has to offer from the beach , shopping, bus stops, restaurants, and even a grocery store. We will defiantly stay there again.

EXCELLENT LOCAL WITH GREAT LANDLORD

May wife and I have stayed at this property for the past 10 years when Richard was renting from another rental company. R is perhaps one of the best landlords anyone would want. He has always responded immediately when any situation arose concerning the Condo. The condo is on the 10th floor of the Fairway Villa which has recently undergone a considerable renovation on the top floor where a pool, sauna, firepit and BBQ's are located. The condo is well equipped with everything one would require. A washer and dryer is also in the Condo which is a real asset. Fairway Villa is only 2 blocks from the beach and is ideally located for shopping and bus transportation. A grocery store is located at the end of the block. We have already booked our stay for 2024 and look forward to another delightful stay at this condo. I would certainly recommend Richards condo for vacation purposes and for that matter long term rental. We have stayed over 3 months on one occasion with no problems .

Good location

R was very prompt in returning messages. Condo was clean and in a good location in Waikiki. Condo has a washer and dryer in unit. Parking was also included. Will be back next year.
