This is a free-standing house in our backyard. New construction, completed in 2023. All new appliances and fixtures. Along with the beds, a sleeper sofa and sleeping loft, the house accommodates 7 people total. Plenty of free street parking out front.

Quiet and Private
The Little House is in a great location--Ballard--with nearby shops, restaurants, the Locks, and easy access to other Seattle neighborhoods. The house is quiet, private, and solidly constructed with a livable floor plan and a workable kitchen. The split-levelentry has shelves, hooks and space for my many shoes, hats, and bags. The living area has ample storage in the cabinets. The couch can be converted to a queen-size bed. The cozy sleeping loft has a nice mattress. Downstairs are the bedrooms and bathroom. The main bedroom has a good mattress, soft bedding, a dresser, blackout shades, and storage space in the wall. I'm using the second bedroom as a dressing space, but it could also be a guest room or office. There's a warm shower with good water pressure and the water-saving toilet has a strong flush. And of course a washer/dryer. The Little House is a nice place to hunker down and hang out. It's feels homey and serene. Highly recommend!
