Little Blue Cottage

Jim and Linda were great communicators from our initial introduction throughout the time of our lease. Their home was extremely cozy, and always had convenient parking. The location in fountain Square in downtown Indianapolis was very nice for activity and walking or biking to local attractions. Unfortunately, we rented November, December, January, and February, where the temperatures were very cold. At that time we experienced frozen pipes on more than one occasion. This would be the only reason why we would not rate this five out of five stars. We certainly recommend this location for short or long-term leases.

Perfect little cottage in Indy

My husband and I have been traveling for work for several years, and this is by far one of our favorite 'home away from home' stays. It has everything you need and is absolutely adorable. We loved the fenced in back yard and the modern kitchen. It's walking distance to Fountain Square which has lots of cute shops, bars, restaurants and coffee shops. If you're a travel medical professional like us, the commute to work to most of the main hospitals in Indy is very reasonable. L is also a really lovely person and handled any concern in a quick and timely manner. Rent this cottage you will not regret it!
